You are invited to take part in this new project being carried out across branches of Gordon’s Pharmacies.
You will be asked to complete some background information and then take 2 tests (the Cognitive Function Test and the Dementia Risk Index).
Please note the tests cannot be done on a mobile phone – You can take the test with a PC, laptop, tablet or iPad. You can use a mouse or a touch screen.
You will then be offered a FREE place on our flagship COGNITION course (online) which helps support and motivate you to make sustainable changes and improvements across 8 Health & Lifestyle domains.
All instructions will follow (allow around 30 minutes to take the tests).
